I was Born and raised in Haifa to a Mexican mother and Romanian father, I spent much of my childhood 'helping' in my grandparents' deli.
Growing up in the diverse city of Haifa , surrounded by traditional cuisine with roots on five continents, shaped my identity and led me to focus on my two loves - the people of my country, Israel, and the food we share.

I plan and guide tours around Israel. I specialize in historical and cultural tours, with a focus on food and how food shapes and is shaped by the currents that have carried the Jewish people around the world and back. My tours are tailor made for you, and help you meet aspects of Israel that don’t quite come across in contemporary short form discourse.
