I believe that food is never just about what is on our plates; it is a multi-layered map of human identity, history, and social change.

As a freelance tour guide, storyteller, and sustainability educator I design immersive, specialized experiences that dig beneath the surface. My work weaves together culinary history, cultural narratives, and socio-political insights to uncover the deeper stories of the places and communities around us. My passion for food culture is deeply rooted in my family history. Inspired by the smells and memories of my grandparents’ bustling deli in Haifa, I learned early on that food is the ultimate connective tissue between people, memory, and land.

since 2020 Ive been part of food rescuing organizations - this contributed to my journey following food and food systems and Integrate innovations, entrepreneurs, activism and the behind the scene of our food.

While cuisine, especially of the traditional flavor, is learned by experience, the middle east is a complicated neighborhood. Whether we are walking through history in the field, exploring the bustling energy of a local market, or sitting around a table sharing an Edible Story, I invite you to join me in looking at the world through a completely different -yet delicious-lens.
