אחרי שנים שאמרו עליה שיש לה פוטנציאל היא סוף סוף מגשימה אותו- העיר שבו ההר נושק לים הפכה לבירה קולינארית של אוכל מגוון ומסקרן. במהלך הסיבוב שלנו נכיר את שכונת הדר ואת גבול השכונה החרדית, נטעם מאכלים מזרח אירופאים, נדבר על העליה מרוסיה בשנות ה 90 וההשפעה שלה על השכונה והאוכל. נעבור במסעדות האסיאתיות ונשלב אוכל עם מקומיות והיסטוריה. בין לבין נתייחס גם לסצינת האומנות שהלכה וגדלה משמעותית בשנים האחרונות
