We adored Avi for her sense of humor, kindness, flexibility,  knowledge of history and all things culinary and her passion for her work.  We were all interested in cuisine, and she gave us the richest and most incredible introduction to local foods we never imagined we sampled. We still dream of tastings at markets with her!  Avigail gave us a memorable and moving Israel experience and that and we can’t recommend her highly enough.
